How much is rent for a 2 or 3 bedroom manufactured home?
Existing homes start around $600 per month and go up to $700 per month. New homes start around $1000 and go up to $1,200.
How much are lot fees?
Lot fees cost approximately $376 per month in addition to your monthly rent or home payment. Our advertised rent prices include the Lot Fee.
Is this community pet friendly? What kind of dogs are allowed? How many can you have?
Up to 2 pets per home are welcomed in our community. There are no breed restrictions. Contact us for more information on this.
What is the school district and what schools are nearby?
The school district is Groveport school district.
Do you take RV’s
No we do not.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent?
No. Water and sewage is paid to the park and based on usage. Garbage is a fixed fee per month but also paid to the park. Electricity is paid to the provider.
What are office hours? Are you open on Saturday?
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Saturday we are available by appointment only.

Do the homes have washer/dryers in them?
No, but they do have washer and dryer hookups.
How fast is the approval process?
The approval process is up to 48 business hours.
Can you rent manufactured homes or do you have to buy them?
All homes are available to Buy or Lease to Own.
